[2008] EWCA Crim 1354
Appeals against conviction for money laundering failed where, although there was some force in the submission that a judge's direction in relation to particularising the criminal activity failed to give proper help to the jury, there was clear evidence from which the jury could infer that the money in question came from drugs or VAT fraud and where the only innocent explanation had been roundly rejected by the jury.
