[2013] EWCA Crim 892

When calculating the amount available to an offender to satisfy a confiscation order, a judge had been entitled to consider that certain cash proceeds from criminal transactions had not been included in the agreed amount by which he had benefitted from his criminal lifestyle, and to treat the cash as hidden assets.
