[2013] EWCA Crim 559

A sentence of three years and four months' imprisonment was appropriate in the case of the appellant, who had pleaded guilty to conspiracy to cheat the Revenue after being involved in manipulating the VAT regime in relation to the acquisition of cars from EU states.
