PUBLISHED May 10, 2005An extended sentence could not be imposed for breach of an interim sexual offences prevention order because it was not a sexual offence for the purpose of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 s.116 as it did not fall within the Sexual Offences Act 2003 Part 1.
