[2013] EWCA Crim 1781

Where a defendant had been charged with having articles in his possession for use in connection with fraud contrary to the Fraud Act 2006 s.6(1) arising from the use of his photograph on false driving licences, the judge's directions to the jury lacked precision as to whether his criminal liability was limited to participation as a principal, but the direction that he was not to be convicted if he had done no more than provide the photographs meant that no unfairness resulted, and his conviction was safe.
