[2008] EWCA Crim 2955

When considering the benefits obtained from criminal conduct by an offender, who had a criminal lifestyle for the purposes of the presumptions under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 s.10, a judge had correctly included the value of a property acquired using a mortgage and remortgage which he had found had been obtained deceptively.
