[2013] EWCA Crim 2084

A judge had failed to comply with the Criminal Justice Act 2003 s.243(2), as amended by the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 s.110(8), by not specifying that the number of days an offender had spent in custody in Spain awaiting extradition to the United Kingdom would count towards his sentence.
