[2011] EWCA Crim 1056
Directors of a private security company, who were aware of a policy to use unlicensed employees for security duties, were guilty of an offence under the Private Security Industry Act 2001 s.23. The prosecution did not have to prove that they had specific knowledge of each individual deployment of an unlicensed employee.
