[2007] UKPC 59

A person who had possession of unlawful drugs in Bermuda with the intention of supplying them to another did not commit an offence under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1972 s.6(3) when the act of supply was intended to take place outside Bermuda and was therefore outside the jurisdiction of Bermudian courts.
