[2007] EWCA Crim 635

In finding that manuscript notes and a substitution code were "articles" for the purposes of the Terrorism Act 2000 s.57, the court construed s.57 and s.58 of the Act and concluded that the decision in R v M [2007] EWCA Crim 218 had been based on false assumptions and false analysis and was therefore wrong.
