[2012] EWCA Crim 2518

Where an offender was committed by a magistrates' court to the Crown Court to be dealt with in respect of the commission of an offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence imposed by the Crown Court, the Crown Court's powers of sentence in relation to other offences in respect of which the offender was committed under the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 s.6(2) were limited to those of the magistrates' court.
