Where offenders had identified, attacked and stole cannabis from factories run and controlled by others, but the prosecution failed to include in the indictment either conspiracy to rob or conspiracy to burgle, sentences of eight years imprisonment for offences of conspiracy to supply cannabis were excessive and were reduced.
