[2006] EWCA Crim 2155

With regard to offences under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 , a sentence of three years' imprisonment for entering into a money laundering arrangement and acquiring criminal property was replaced with a term of 27 months where the offence was a one-off, whilst a term of 15 months' imprisonment was reduced to six months for a failure to make a required disclosure where the offence amounted to a lapse in the high standards expected of a solicitor.
