[2013] EWCA Crim 261

There were no grounds for excluding covert surveillance which recorded incriminating conversations between two offenders being transported in a police van from prison to police interview in connection with charges for aggravated burglary, false imprisonment, and possession of a firearm under the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 s.78, and the resulting convictions that followed were safe.
