The use of a dispersal order under the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 s.30 in respect of a group of protesters or demonstrators who were causing harassment, alarm and distress to members of the public was lawful. There was no reason why an authorisation order made in respect of one group of people could not be used in regard to unforeseen groups.
