There was a prima facie case that by subscribing to a website with indecent images of children the claimant had incited or encouraged that business to continue and the fact that the computer system was wholly automated was irrelevant. A database record was not inadmissible hearsay as it only showed what had been recorded but was not evidence of the truth of what was recorded.
