[2011] EWHC 2329 (Admin)

A chief constable had been wrong to use the fast track procedure under the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2008 Pt 5 in disciplinary proceedings against a police officer in the circumstances where there was a conflict of evidence. The full procedure under Pt 4 had been needed in order to test the evidence against her.
