[2006] EWHC 1966 (Admin)

In the circumstances allegations of a prima facie case of corruption were collateral to the main issue in the case which was the defendants' own credibility and the Criminal Cases Review Commission had been entitled not to refer convictions for conspiracy to pervert the course of justice to the Court of Appeal Criminal Division.
