The crime of soliciting could be scrapped in Scotland by ministers.

BBC Scotland understands the Scottish Executive is "sympathetic" to changing the law in relation to prostitution.
The government's expert group on prostitution is expected to recommend replacing it with a new offence when it reports its findings on Thursday.
