[2009] EWHC 383 (Admin)

An appeal against an order to extradite a foreign national to Austria under a European arrest warrant for fraud offences was dismissed where the trial judge had correctly held that the warrant contained sufficient particulars of the charges pursuant to the Extradition Act 2003 s.2(4)(c), and there was no evidence to suggest that the extradition should be barred by reason of the passage of time.
