[2006] EWHC 3337 (Admin)

An appeal against a decision of the Special Needs and Disability Tribunal was allowed because the tribunal had failed to state its reasons for rejecting expert evidence submitted by the appellants; rather, it had merely recited and rejected the evidence, which was not an adequate substitute for giving reasons.
