Where offensive material had been found following the making of a search order in a case concerning intellectual property and that search order did not contain reference to the privilege against self-incrimination, the defendant could not assert that privilege after he had delivered the offensive material to the third party. The expert would be released from his obligation and the material disclosed to the prosecuting authorities.
