PUBLISHED November 20, 2013
SHARE

The National Crime Agency were permitted to recover £122,000 as being the proceeds of unlawful conduct from individuals who had been acquitted of drug charges but, on a balance of probabilities, were found to have obtained that money through unlawful conduct rather than as gifts, inheritance and gambling wins as they had contended.
