A barrister had failed to establish any circumstances that merited the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Council of the Inns of Court going behind the decision of a jury at his criminal trial that he was guilty of offences of dishonesty, and the tribunal had been entitled to disbar him from the profession for dishonest conduct.
