[2014] EWHC 335 (QB)

The court upheld an order for an offender's extradition to Poland and rejected various arguments that the European arrest warrant was invalid. Although the warrant did not contain all the information needed to establish that the offender had committed an extradition offence for the purposes of the Extradition Act 2003 s.65(3), that could be remedied by provision of further information from the relevant judicial authorities.
