[2009] EWHC 1030 (Admin)

A European arrest warrant requesting the removal of the appellant to France, where he had been convicted of certain offences in his absence and therefore had the right to a retrial, was in the form contained in the Annex to Framework Decision 2002/584 and contained sufficient particulars of the alleged offences.
