Libor-rigger Tom Hayes cannot go to Supreme Court
PUBLISHED March 10, 2016The former UBS trader imprisoned last year after becoming the first person to be convicted by a jury for Libor-rigging has been told by the Court of Appeal that he will not be allowed to take his case to Britain’s highest court.
