Laws on corporate criminal liability for economic crime 'woefully inadequate’
PUBLISHED December 11, 2015The announcement this week that the SFO has dropped its prosecution against Olympus Corporation and Gyrus Group for allegedly misleading its auditors demonstrates once again the woeful inadequacy of Britain’s laws on establishing corporate criminal liability.
