Judge to decide if SeaWorld?s killer whales are slaves
PUBLISHED February 7, 2012In a courtroom in San Diego yesterday, a little piece of history was made when a judge heard arguments from lawyers representing activists citing the US constitution in a group action case regarding slavery. The plantiffs? Five killer whales.
