Journalist’s conviction quashed as judge questions law used in Operation Elveden
PUBLISHED March 30, 2015The use of a 13th century law to pursue journalists through the courts was questioned by the lord chief justice today as he quashed the conviction of a journalist who worked for the News of the World.
