A judge was entitled to reject a diagnosis that the subject of a European arrest warrant was suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of alleged mistreatment at the hands of the requesting state's authorities, having concluded that the trauma from which the disorder purportedly sprang had been entirely fabricated.
