A keeper of a vehicle required to provide information as to the driver of that vehicle at the time of an offence was not required to do so entirely on the official form sent to him for that purpose so long as he provided the necessary information in written form. The magistrates' court had erred in its judgment of the credibility of the appellant's evidence by wrongly focusing on the manner in which he had submitted the necessary information.
