The City's artful dodger is out of a job. Jonathan Burrows, the BlackRock fund manager who found an illicit way of reducing his commuter fare from Sussex to Cannon Street - and got away with it for five years - has resigned from the job that reportedly brought him £1 million a year, to avert an investigation by the Financial Conduct Authority.
