English law on the entitlement to consult a solicitor in relation to a requirement to provide a blood specimen under the Road Traffic Act 1988 s.7 was clear and in interpreting the application of European Convention on Human Rights 1950 Art.6(3)(c) in that context, it outweighed any persuasive authorities from foreign jurisdictions.
