[2007] EWHC 1678 (Admin)

A judge had been entitled to grant an extradition order to the requesting state in respect of an individual who, it alleged, unlawfully exported items with the intention of using them to develop nuclear weapons, as the state had sufficiently particularised its allegations for the purposes of the Extradition Act 2003 s.2(4)(c) and the allegations were of conduct occurring in the requesting state.
