A wasted costs order, flawed by virtue of the fact that the amount awarded had not been specified, could not be cured by a later order which increased the amount in excess of the amount claimed without allowing the solicitors to make representations. In the absence of any improper, unreasonable or negligent behaviour a wasted costs order was not appropriate
