Home Office legal blunder allows violent criminal to stay in Britain under human rights law
PUBLISHED June 1, 2013Hazhar Hassan Taha, a 24 year-old Iraqi man, was jailed for 17 months for violent disorder and after his release won a legal challenge against deportation on human rights grounds.
