[2008] UKPC 61

The application to pending cases of the abolition of committal proceedings by the Magistrates Code of Procedure Amendment Act 2004 (Antigua and Barbuda) did not offend against any principle against retrospectivity and did not deprive a prospective defendant of a fair hearing.
