The presumption under s.15(2) Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 could not be rebutted by expert evidence that, on the basis of a process of backward calculation of rising alcohol levels, at the time of driving, the breath and blood alcohol levels were below the prescribed limit. * Leave to appeal to the House of Lords refused.
