A firm of solicitors had not waived legal privilege in relation to a category of documents by way of partial disclosure in circumstances where the relevant transaction did not extend beyond the legal advice given and relied on in the relevant period and there was no evidence of illegitimate partial disclosure or of the material being deployed unfairly.
