PUBLISHED December 20, 1999The Crown Court had not failed to exercise its discretion properly under s.21(6) Firearms Act 1968 when refusing an application to remove the prohibition from the appellant having a firearm or ammunition in his possession and the court had given sufficient reasons for its decision.
