A new style of policing in Cornwall is encouraging offenders to face up to their victims and crimes.

The initiative gives offenders a chance to meet and say sorry to their victims.
Devon and Cornwall Constabulary says it is the first force to train neighbourhood beat managers in this type of policing.
The force believes the scheme is effective in reducing crime and re-offending rates and has already been successful in the region.
