Extended meaning of 'assets’ in new form of freezing order

The latest version of the standard Commercial Court form of worldwide freezing order extended the meaning of the word “assets” beyond the meaning as understood in earlier versions of the standard form, so as to include assets which were not owned legally or beneficially by the defendant but over which he had control.
