In a road traffic context it was unimportant that the warning regarding the possibility of prosecution upon failure to provide a breath specimen given one minute after the specimen was taken. Judicial notice was taken of the inaccuracies of clocks. The evidence as a whole stated the warning was given before the specimen taken.
