A criminal trial in the Virgin Islands in which the array of jurors had not been selected from a list of jurors in accordance with the Jury Act 1914 (British Virgin Islands) should not be regarded as a nullity. The failure to keep a list of jurors had had no impact on the selected jurors' eligibility to serve, the randomness of their selection, their impartiality or ultimate decision, and the trial and verdict should not be set aside.
