Defence required to give notice of witnesses likely to be called

With the implementationof s.34 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003, introducing section 6 C into the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996, the defence is required to give notice to the cout and prosecution of witnesses likely to be called in trials at both the Crown Court and Magistrates Court.
