[2005] EWHC 158 (Admin)

A judge had not erred in granting an extension of custody time limits in relation to a defendant following his severance from the trial of his co-defendants. Although there had been failings on behalf of the prosecution, their lack of due diligence made no difference to the severance of the trials.
