Cash being exported could constitute a single exportation if it had a common source or destination, and the magistrates should have looked at the reality of the situation where customs officers had seized #20,000 cash from three individuals each carrying less than the prescribed sum of #10,000 cash when determining an application for the continued detention of the cash under s.42 Drug Trafficking Act 1994.
