[2013] EWHC 192 (Admin)

The evidence did not support the conclusion that a university campus was a public place so as to found a conviction under the Road Traffic Act 1988 s.5 for driving a motor vehicle in a public place with an alcohol concentration above the prescribed limit, although in many cases there could be evidence to show that a campus was a public place.
