Workers who expose wrongdoing should be protected by a statutory whistleblowing code, according to a report by a retired senior judge.
The report from the Whistleblowing Commission calls for its recommended code of practice, which sets out the key principles for effective whistleblowing, to be taken into account by courts and tribunals when whistleblowing issues arise.
